Interprofessionalität in der Pflegeausbildung - (inter-)nationale Reformen, Erfahrungen und Perspektiven
The call for more interprofessionality in health and social care is not new, nor is the demand for health and social care professionals to be better prepared for collaborative care and shared responsibilities. In this context, undergraduate education is increasingly coming into focus as well as its possibilities for early initiation of interprofessional competencies also in nursing. In this article, we ask about reforms in nursing education, the initiation of interprofessional competencies, and the (inter)national experience in this area. Finally, we discuss some challenges and risks for interprofessional education in the context of nursing education.
